Payments, fees and how sellers get paid

Accepted payment methods

CuzHens runs on Stripe. Buyers can use any major card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay on supported devices.

Buyer fees

There are no buyer fees beyond the price the vendor lists and standard sales tax where applicable. Delivery, if you choose it, is set by each vendor.

Seller fees

Sellers keep 95%+ of each sale on most tiers. Exact platform fee depends on your tier (see Pricing). The free Starter tier has no monthly fee, just a per-sale platform fee.

Seller payouts

Payouts run on Stripe Connect. When you mark an order completed, the funds are released to your Stripe account (held briefly for the dispute window) and arrive on your normal Stripe payout schedule — usually 2 business days for new accounts, faster once you're established.

Taxes

CuzHens collects sales tax automatically where required. Sellers passing $2,500 in calendar-year sales will receive a 1099-K from CuzHens for tax filing.
