Verification is intended to increase marketplace trust and transparency.
Verification does not guarantee product quality, food safety, legality, business performance, or customer satisfaction.

CuzHens may offer one or more verification levels including:
Unverified
Default status for newly approved Vendors.
Benefits:

- Product listings
- Farm profile
Limitations may apply.

Available to Vendors who successfully complete identity and business verification.
Benefits may include:
- Verified Badge
- Increased customer trust
- Enhanced visibility
- Eligibility for certain marketplace features

Premium Verified
Available to qualified Vendors who maintain an active eligible premium membership and meet additional requirements.
Benefits may include:
- Premium Verified Badge
- Preferred placement opportunities
- Enhanced trust indicators
- Access to premium programs
- Early access to new features

2. Verification Requirements
CuzHens may require one or more of the following:
Identity Verification
- Government-issued identification
- Selfie verification
- Identity confirmation
Address Verification
- Utility bill
- Government correspondence
- Business records
- Other acceptable documentation
Farm Verification
- Farm photos
- Property documentation
- Farm business records
- Agricultural registrations
Business Verification
- Business registration documents
- EIN documentation
- State filings
- Operating documentation
Tax Verification
- Tax identification information
- W-9 forms
- Marketplace tax documentation
License Verification
Where applicable:
- Agricultural licenses
- Food permits
- Cottage food registrations
