Is there really a free plan?▾
Yes — the Free tier lets you list products and accept orders forever. You'll see paid features marked with a lock; everything else just works.
How is commission charged?▾
On paid orders only. Stripe processes the payment, takes its standard fee, then we deduct the marketplace commission shown on each tier. The remainder lands in your bank automatically via Stripe Connect.
Can I switch tiers?▾
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from your vendor dashboard. We pro-rate the difference. Cancel any time; you'll keep access until the end of the billing period.
Do I need to enter card details for Free?▾
Never. The Free tier requires only an email and a farm name.
What happens if a payment fails?▾
You'll get a grace period (set per tier — typically 7 days) to update your card. If the payment still fails after that, you'll be moved back down to the Free tier with all your listings intact.
