Yes — the Free tier lets you list products and accept orders forever. You'll see paid features marked with a lock; everything else just works.
How is commission charged?▾
Yes — the rate depends on your plan. Free starts higher; upgrading to a paid plan can drop it as low as 7%. The commission applied to an order is based on your tier at the time of order completion. Delivery fees are always 100% yours.
Can I switch tiers?▾
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from your vendor dashboard. We pro-rate the difference. Cancel any time; you'll keep access until the end of the billing period.
Do I need to enter card details for Free?▾
Never. The Free tier requires only an email and a store name.
What happens if a payment fails?▾
You'll get a grace period (set per tier — typically 7 days) to update your card. If the payment still fails after that, you'll be moved back down to the Free tier with all your listings intact.
