This Advertising & Sponsored Listings Agreement ("Agreement") governs the purchase, use, display, management, and administration of advertising and promotional services offered through CuzHens Market.
By purchasing advertising, sponsored placements, featured listings, or promotional services, you agree to this Agreement.

Advertising does not constitute endorsement, certification, recommendation, or approval by CuzHens.

Advertising opportunities may include:
- Sponsored Ads
- Featured Listings
- Featured Products
- Featured Farms
- Homepage Promotions
- Search Result Promotions
- Category Promotions
- Newsletter Sponsorships
- Push Notification Sponsorships
- Event Sponsorships
- Restaurant Sourcing Promotions
- Mobile App Promotions
- Future Advertising Products
Advertising inventory may change at any time.

3. Eligibility
Advertising services may be available to:
- Vendors

Featured Listings may appear in:

- Product pages
- Farm pages
- Homepage sections
- Other promotional placements
Placement location is determined by CuzHens.

Featured Products may receive priority placement in search and discovery experiences.
Featured status does not guarantee:
- Sales
- Clicks
- Impressions
- Revenue

Featured Farm placements may provide:

Violations may result in immediate termination.

Advertisers represent that they own or have permission to use:

15. Competitor Advertising

This Agreement applies to current and future advertising products including:

- Future promotional services
Additional advertising terms may apply.

18. Limitation of Liability
CuzHens shall not be liable for:

- Lost revenue
- Lost opportunities

- Campaign outcomes
Maximum liability shall not exceed advertising fees paid during the preceding twelve (12) months.

19. Termination
CuzHens may terminate advertising participation for:
- Fraud
