Do you take a percentage of my sales?
Yes — a flat 10% platform fee applies to the items subtotal of each completed order, on every plan. Delivery fees are 100% yours.
Why is there a platform fee?
It keeps the lights on. CuzHens covers hosting, payments, customer support, fraud protection, and the engineers building new tools every week. The fee is intentionally small relative to what you'd pay other marketplaces — and we never touch your delivery revenue.
Are there payment processing fees?
Yes — when a customer pays by card, the Card processor charges 2.90% + $0.30 per transaction. That fee goes directly to the processor, not CuzHens. Cash and pay-at-pickup orders have no processing fees.
What about delivery?
Delivery fees you set go 100% to your farm — CuzHens never takes a cut of delivery, on any plan. Set a flat or distance-based fee in your vendor dashboard.
Can I switch membership tiers?
Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and prorate against your current period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. The commission applied to an order is based on your tier at the time of order completion.
What happens if I pause my farm?
You can put your storefront into vacation mode for free at any tier. No charges pause — but customers see a clear vacation notice on your storefront.
Do shoppers pay any platform fees?

Are featured-product credits refundable?
Unused credits roll forward within an active billing period. If you downgrade or cancel, any unused credits expire at the end of the current period.
