Tracking orders, pickup, and delivery

After checkout you'll get an order confirmation email with the order number, totals, and pickup or delivery details. You can view all your orders at Account → Orders.
Order status
- Pending — Just placed. The vendor hasn't confirmed it yet.
- Confirmed — Vendor accepted your order and is preparing it.
- Ready — Ready for pickup, or scheduled for delivery.
- Completed — Picked up or delivered.
- Cancelled / Refunded — See the order page for the reason and refund timing.
Pickup verification
For pickup orders, you'll show your unique pickup code (in the order email and your account) at the farm. The vendor taps "Verify" to confirm — that triggers the completion notification and the seller payout.
Delivery
For delivery orders, the vendor sets a delivery window or date. You'll get an email when it's en route and when it arrives.
Something wrong?
Message the vendor directly from the order page first — most issues are resolved in minutes. If you can't reach them, open a dispute and CuzHens reviews within 1 business day.
