Message a vendor

Every farm and order page has a "Message" button. Use it for product questions, custom requests, pickup logistics, or anything else. Vendors typically reply within a few hours.

Order-specific chats

Each order has its own chat thread linked to it — handy for documenting changes and shared context with the vendor.

Need a real human at CuzHens?

Two ways:

  • Tap the floating "Ask Farmhand" button → "Talk to a real person" — opens our live support widget when staff is online.
  • Or email contact us — we reply within 1 business day.

Auto-reply for vendors (Pro+)

Vendors on Pro and above can set up auto-replies for common questions and saved-reply templates to answer faster.
