Account settings, password, and 2FA

Update your details
Visit Account to update your email, phone, password, default ZIP, and notification preferences. Email changes require re-verification.
Two-factor authentication
Enable email-OTP two-factor authentication from Account → Security. Recommended for sellers and admins.
Notification preferences
Choose which emails you receive: order updates, restock alerts, vendor announcements, marketing newsletters. Account → Notifications has per-category toggles.
Change account type
Add or remove buyer/seller/service-provider roles any time from Account. Your storefront, lead inbox, and shopping feed all live under the same login.
Forgot password
Use the "Forgot password" link on the login page. We'll email you a reset link valid for 1 hour.
Delete account
Account deletion is permanent. Contact support if you change your mind within 30 days — we can usually still recover it.
